Refund & Returns Policy – Rumtops Ltd (Satchmo Rum Cocktails)

At Rumtops Ltd, we take pride in the quality of our Satchmo Rum Cocktails and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Below you'll find our policy on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

We accept returns for any unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.
• You must retain proof of postage or a tracking reference as evidence of the return.
• Refunds will only be issued once the items are received by us in acceptable condition.
• Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

Gift Cards & Subscription Orders

• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions are exchange-only and cannot be refunded unless you have completed your 3-month minimum contract.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via sales@rumtops.com.

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.
• If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to return the goods following the process above.
