These are the terms and conditions on which we sell Satchmo Rum Cocktail products to you.

Information about Rumtops Limited and our Satchmo Rum Cocktail products can be found on our website www.rumtops.com, via our Customer Service team, or through our official sales channels. We also confirm key information to you via email after you order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You shall be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
  • We may offer promotional codes and gift cards subject to specific terms.
  • Prices may change before you place an order.
  • We only accept orders after verification.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order.
  • VAT changes may impact the final price.
  • Orders may be rejected for various reasons.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control.

GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNT CODES

Only one code/promotion can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined, used retrospectively, or exchanged for cash. Rumtops Limited reserves the right to cancel or reject discount codes suspected of misuse or fraud.

PRICING

Product pricing is subject to change before you complete your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer. A contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance via email. We reserve the right to reject orders for reasons including:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing/description errors
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Technical issues
  • Suspected reseller or distributor orders

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise stated. Ownership of products transfers to you upon receipt of payment.

VAT

If VAT rates change between order and delivery, we will adjust accordingly, unless you have already paid in full.

DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delays caused by external events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). You may cancel the contract for a refund if the delay is substantial.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We aim for accuracy, but products may differ slightly in appearance or packaging from images shown. These variations do not constitute grounds for return.

ACCURACY OF ORDER DETAILS

You are responsible for ensuring all order and measurement details are accurate. Contact us for guidance before ordering if unsure.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may change your mind and cancel your order:

  • Within 15 minutes of placing it; OR
  • Up to 14 days after delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Exceptions:

  • Opened hygiene-sealed products
  • Personalised products
  • Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery

Returns:

  • Must be made at your cost unless free returns were offered
  • Must include proof of postage if returned by courier

Refunds:

  • Made within 14 days of cancellation or receipt of returned items
  • May be reduced for used or damaged goods

Standard delivery charges apply. We do not guarantee exact delivery times.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS OR TERMS

We may change products or terms from time to time. Your continued use of our service implies acceptance of any changes.

TERMINATION

We may terminate a contract if you breach these terms or for reasons outlined in the ‘Order Acceptance’ section.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

DISPUTES
